As far as the electric pianos go, all I can say is, enjoy yourself. The C7 benefits greatly when you add a little bit of delay and reverb to it. The samples really shine and it’s hard to believe what plugins can produce sonically nowadays. My simple breakdown of the sound of Keyscape is that its main patches such as the Yamaha C7 and the Rhodes, are incredibly realistic.
You have to remember, you’re basically loading up a recording studio for each instrument you pick along with effect channels. With this being said, this is getting better as technology continues advancing. The thing with plugins is that they are typically CPU intensive. While navigating and loading the instruments, you will notice that it might take some time, even if you have an SSD. Tweaking the sustain and release can go a long way with a lot of the presets. You can the controls on the bottom starting with the input and ending with the gain. When "Any" is selected, MIDI Channels 1-16 are sent to the Part (aka MIDI "Omni Mode"). Adds "Any" MIDI channel routing option to the MIDI Channel menus on the MIXER page.
